Our Church Secretary
The church clerk is responsible to the pastor for maintaining thorough and complete records of the church’s business by recording minutes and preserving records.
- Handling phone calls, emails, mail, and public relations activities
- Gathering and maintaining correct records for the church, such as minutes, membership, baptisms, and terminations
- Assisting the pastor in the worship service and helping new members complete their application for membership
- Working as a church officer and attending business meetings
- Reading minutes for approval and preparing documents
- Helping prevent missing members and keeping track of their milestones.
